The Request for Funding (RFF) for the Indiana RHTP, GROW Regional Grants, is now open. This initiative is part of Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and invests $120 million in year one to strengthen rural health.
Who Can Apply
Only Regional Coalitions can submit an application. Individual organizations cannot apply alone. Each region submits one unified application that includes all coalition members’ projects. To participate:

This five-year initiative will fund projects that improve access, reduce costs, and advance rural health outcomes. Funding flows directly to organizations carrying out approved initiatives.
