Urban hospitals, healthcare networks, health plans, ambulatory or outpatient clinics, and hospitals located outside the United States are not eligible for this program.

Other U.S. healthcare organizations, such as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), may still qualify for Microsoft nonprofit pricing through Microsoft Healthcare.
