IHCP bulletin BT202520 2/6/2025
This bulletin replaces the originally published annual HCPCS update in IHCP Bulletin BT2024211.
The IHCP coverage and billing information in this bulletin is effective for dates of service (DOS) on or after Jan. 1, 2025, unless otherwise noted.
Providers can submit claims for the codes in Table 1 up to 90 days from the publication date for managed care claims, or 180 days for fee-for-service (FFS) claims to meet timely filing requirements.
When submitting claims beyond the standard filing limit, providers should include the first page of this bulletin.
