· CCHP is about making telehealth policy more accessible to everyone and the Telehealth Policy Finder- look-up tool and Policy Trend maps are extremely helpful to navigate for information surrounding telehealth-related laws and regulations
· Updates made recently to the following states include California, District of Columbia, Indiana (details below), Kansas, Kentucky, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Vermont, Virgin Islands, Washington.
· Example below from Indiana of the modification to their Medicaid reimbursement requirements with a change to their provider manual. A few states also made modifications to their licensing and prescribing requirements.
· CMS updated their MLN booklet for RHC/FQHC explaining national Medicare policies on coverage, billing and payment rules for specific provider types also included in this booklet is the telehealth related changes that incorporate the extensions to pandemic telehealth flexibilities.
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) has implemented enrollment for telehealth-only providers in response to Indiana House Enrolled Act 1352 (2023)
· For providers that wish to perform only telehealth services (with no physical site where patients are seen) can enroll today!
· Must meet the Indiana licensure and other special requirements outlined in the bulletin.
· This telehealth-only providers enrollment option is currently available on the IHCP Provider Healthcare Portal
